Telemedicine Opportunities for Ukraine
Since the start of Russia’s war on Ukraine, Ukraine’s healthcare system has been put under tremendous pressure. As a result, UMANA has formed partnerships with telemedicine initiatives to support Ukrainians. Remote volunteering and donation options are listed below.
Telehelp Ukraine
TeleHelp Ukraine provides free quality medical and mental health support to Ukrainians affected by the war through telemedicine services from a global network of clinicians, interpreters, and volunteers with a focus on patient advocacy and care coordination.
They’re looking for: Ukrainian- and/or Russian-speaking doctors and translators to provide free consultations to Ukrainian patients in-need.

Doctor Online
A Ukrainian telemedicine company and web platform, Doctor Online employs Ukrainian doctors and provides free consultations to Ukrainians via text or video-based consultations. Since the start of the war, they’ve provided free consultations to over 100,000 Ukrainians and counting.
They’re looking for:
Funds to continue to employ doctors to provide this free service for Ukrainians displaced or otherwise unable to reach healthcare facilities

HealthTech Without Borders
Health Tech Without Borders is a global non-profit that supports communities affected by humanitarian emergencies. They were founded in response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
They’re looking for:
- Ukrainian/Russian-speaking psychologists / psychiatrists
- Healthcare professionals who can provide medical translation in Ukrainian
- Clinical/Digital Health experts who are willing to contribute to creating educational content (any medical specialty, English or Ukrainian)
