The UMANA Foundation and the Ukrainian Cultural Center Foundation (Los Angeles) Inc helped facilitate the delivery of portable incubators to the Sumy Regional Perinatal Center in northeastern Ukraine. The incubators are helpful in keeping premature infants warm without the need for electricity.
