On June 30, 2022 The Institute of Medicine of Chicago awarded the Illinois Chapter of UMANA with the 2022 Humanitarian Global Health Award for their continued efforts to help Ukraine during this crisis. President Dr. Olena Gordon accepted the award on behalf of the many people who have contributed to this effort over the last 4 months.
