The UMANA Foundation with the help of the Samiylo Fund was able to purchase 5 phototherapy lamps. Western hospitals in Ukraine have at least 200 new pregnant patients. Approximately 30% of the future newborns may require phototherapy to treat neonatal jaundice. These lamps will help more infants obtain the needed treatment.
